Job Description: Retirement Planning Specialist at American Senior Benefits

Join us to apply for the IL-Woodridge Comprehensive Retirement Planning Specialist role at American Senior Benefits.

This role involves providing guidance, support, and education to individuals approaching retirement. You will be trained to use proprietary systems to help clients safeguard their future. Supported by American Senior Benefits and The Integrity Marketing Group, you will receive training and support to build a career utilizing holistic planning and solutions for life, health, and wealth.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their concerns and retirement plans.
  • Explain available benefits, coverage options, and investments.
  • Educate clients on solutions, options, and associated risks.
  • Recommend solutions from a portfolio of over 200 options using proprietary software.
  • Maintain client relationships and adjust coverages as needed due to life changes.
  • Collaborate with a team of back-office support.
  • Keep detailed records in our software for client safety.
  • Demonstrate a teachable spirit and eagerness to learn.
  • Establish rapport quickly and build connections.
  • Exhibit strong empathy and listening skills.
  • Communicate effectively.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Our compensation plans are highly customizable and can be discussed directly with the agency owner. The annual salary range is USD $40,000 to USD $100,000.
