Job summary

Macmillan Learning seeks a Regional Manager to lead a sales team in the Midwest (IL, IA, MN, MO, WI) to exceed annual growth targets. You will recruit, train, and coach reps, promoting diversity and inclusion while managing travel and regional budgets.

Role requires strong communication, Salesforce experience, and a track record in digital or enterprise solutions. Exempt position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 5 years in a sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce including SFDC reports.
• Demo and presentation skills, preferably for digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent and build a regional team.
• Implement training curriculum for new hires and coordinate with mentors for on‑campus training.
• Collaborate with L&D, Sales Director, and other regional managers on training and growth paths.
• Communicate sales vision and goals to ensure alignment across the region.
• Manage expectations and performance of Sales Representatives and address issues.
