Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services seeks a Central Regional Operations Director to oversee multiple recycling facilities, drive workforce management, and ensure safety and operational excellence across sites. This senior role involves leading Onsite Managers, coordinating with executives, and maintaining key customer relationships in the central region of the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations management.
5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site operations.
Experience managing customer relationships and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead Onsite Managers and Workforce Coordinators across multiple facilities to ensure effective execution of workforce management programs.
Monitor KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, cost, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions.
Conduct site visits to assess operations and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure Onsite Managers are trained and supported to deliver high performance at all locations.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation across sites in the region.
Collaborate with customers to evaluate wages and retention strategies.
