Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Sr. Director, Regional Sales, Northeast to build and lead the Northeast Region Oncology Sales team, driving regional sales strategy and execution for a co-promoted solid tumor asset.

You will partner with the alliance, manage accounts, and drive launch excellence across complex health-system environments. You will recruit and coach top performers, translate clinical data into actionable field insights, and use data-driven approaches to prioritize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles with oncology and field account strategy experience.
• Minimum 5 years of oncology sales leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Northeast Region Oncology Sales team, recruiting and developing professionals to hit goals and KPIs.
• Develop and execute regional strategic account plans to strengthen customer relationships and support launch of intismeran.
• Collaborate with alliance partner for coordinated engagement of key accounts and tailored brand strategy.
• Provide direction on clinical data, disease state, and account management to the field team and commercial org.
• Identify market trends and communicate opportunities to Oncology leadership.
• Foster high performance through coaching, performance management, and development of field teams.
