Job summary

Myriad360, LLC is seeking a Field Marketing Manager – Central Region to lead regional marketing strategies across the Midwest and Ohio Valley. You will own field events, partner programs, and customer engagement to drive pipeline and growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Partners to deliver measurable programs while traveling 40–50% and staying aligned with revenue goals. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on execution mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Field/Event/Partner or B2B Marketing experience.
• End-to-end event planning and regional marketing program management.
• Experience in technology/VAR/IT services ecosystems preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with budgets and ROI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Strong relationship-building with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across the Central region.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region.
• Develop regional strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Present plans, updates, and metrics to leadership.
• Handle event logistics, contracts, catering, and AV needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing for participation.
• Measure program effectiveness via pipeline influence and ROI.
• Maintain Field Marketing calendar and communicate deadlines.
• Support national initiatives and partner communications.
• Build executive dashboards and program summaries.
• Provide operational support for flawless execution.
