Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Field Marketing Manager – Central Region to drive regional marketing strategy and execution across the Midwest, Great Lakes, and Ohio Valley. You will own field marketing programs, partner engagements, and customer outreach to accelerate pipeline and strengthen brand presence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital Marketing, and Business Development to ensure successful events, sponsorships, and campaigns while targeting measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Field Marketing or related B2B marketing.
• Experience planning end-to-end events and regional programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% in Central region.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region.
• Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and company objectives.
• Present program plans, campaign updates, post-event recaps, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, contracts, catering, shipping, audiovisual requirements, signage, promotional items, and attendee communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing to maximize event participation and post-event follow-up.
• Measure program effectiveness through pipeline influence, engagement metrics, ROI, and sponsorship performance.
