Meta is seeking a Manager, Energy Analytics to lead a growing team responsible for forecasting models, energy usage, and cost analyses across a global data center portfolio. You will establish standards, mentor ICs and leads, and partner with Infrastructure and Finance to shape procurement, budgeting, and rate design.

The role requires deep expertise in energy markets, data analytics, and effective communication with senior leadership. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in energy analytics or related fields.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience analyzing energy usage data, tariffs, and wholesale market data.
• Experience owning forecasting/models used in budgeting, capacity, or investment decisions.
• Experience building or scaling an analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a distributed team of energy analysts across geographies.
• Develop forecasting models for energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Set analytical standards, governance, and QA for outputs used in financial decisions.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance leadership on strategy and planning.
• Scale data pipelines, tooling, and reporting for the portfolio.
• Build and maintain data controls across utility and market data sources.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%).
