Job summary

Montage International in Park City, Utah, seeks a Central Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the building's central plant, including mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, and chillers, with a strong focus on safety and asset protection.

You will supervise technicians, manage work orders and PMs, mentor staff, enforce OSHA standards, and collaborate with department leaders to ensure guest experiences meet Montage’s high standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPO, OSHA 10, EPA 608 certificates.
• 5 years’ experience in facilities & building maintenance.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with building automation systems and mechanical trades.
• Experience with kitchen equipment repair and boiler operations.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection walkthrough of mechanical rooms, central plant, kitchens, pools, laundry facilities and related equipment.
• Manage work orders and PMs; supervise central plant technicians.
• Lead, mentor and train staff per Montage standards; enforce safety practices.
• Engage with department leaders to ensure guest experiences are seamless.
• Complete shift reports and communicate with management; support trainings.
