East West Hospitality is seeking a skilled Central Plant Technician to oversee the operation and maintenance of central utility plant systems serving Snowmass Village properties. The role ensures safe, reliable heating, cooling, hot water, and BAS control to support guest comfort and property performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in central plant operations, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience operating and maintaining central plant or commercial mechanical systems.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, pumps, hydronic systems, and HVAC controls.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and maintain central plant equipment including boilers, cooling towers, pumps, hydronic heating, and domestic hot water.
• Maintain building automation and control systems (BAS) and respond to alarms and outages.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and diagnose HVAC systems.
• Document maintenance logs and work with teams to restore functions promptly.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and OSHA standards.
• Provide guest and team support through professional communication.
