- High School Diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Operates, maintains, and monitors electrical distribution systems, boilers, chillers, AHU, vacuum pumps, and associated equipment.
- Maintains energy management system and CMMP for work orders.
- Performs building maintenance, including plumbing and life-safety tasks.
- Assists vendors/contractors with required maintenance for life-safety systems; rotating on-call/shift may be required.
- Disposes of hazardous waste with proper labeling and storage; ensures compliance with regulations.
- Uses CMMS to track and close-out work orders and maintains testing logs.
- May drive Mayo Clinic vehicle as needed.
