The role requires a bachelor's degree and 12 years in operations/technical leadership of major infrastructure systems, with experience supervising steam and chilled water plants, plus strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12 years in operations/technical leadership.
• Extensive experience managing industrial plants including steam and chilled water systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required by the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all contractor personnel at the Central Plant.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of Central Plant equipment and systems.
• Develop annual plant operating budget and manage spending within budget.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and quality standards.
• Provide reports to senior leadership on equipment status and performance.
