Job summary

SEATTLE CENTER in Seattle is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to operate and maintain various HVAC systems including boilers and chillers. This role requires a current City of Seattle Grade II Steam Engineers License and experience in HVACR operations.

Qualifications

• Current City of Seattle Grade II Steam Engineers License is required.
• Requires two years of experience in the operation and maintenance of HVACR systems or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a City of Seattle Refrigeration Operator’s License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain central plant boilers and associated equipment.
• Perform inspections, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot A/C Units, heat pumps, and appliances.
• Conduct chemical tests and treatment for boiler systems.

Skills

Excellent troubleshooting skills
