Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of equivalent experience in facilities maintenance.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of the central boiler plant.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Participate in departmental meetings/training as necessary.
