The City of Grand Haven, Michigan is seeking an Event Support role to assist with setting up, preparing and tearing down event spaces for meetings, conferences, and special events. This internal posting is limited to current employees.
You will work with Event Coordinators and CPP team members to ensure rooms are turned around efficiently. Responsibilities include arranging furniture, setting up AV equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and managing event supplies.

This opportunity is only open to current employees. The event support role is responsible for setting up, preparing and tear down of the event spaces for various functions, including meetings, conferences, and special events. This role ensures that all rooms are turned around efficiently and effectively. This role will work closely with the Event Support Staff will work closely with the Event Coordinators and other CPP team members.
