Job summary

Kinetic in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Manager, Central Operations to lead the internal team and oversee the end-to-end fulfillment lifecycle for Kinetic Hub Service and Kinetic ID. This role drives accurate billing, onboarding, and customer enablement while partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, and Hub Operations.

You will manage Customer Experience & Operations Leads and specialists, ensuring team throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales ops, revenue ops, B2B customer success, or customer fulfilment in a high-growth SaaS company.
• 2+ years of people management experience with team development.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and comfort adopting new tools quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL or data tooling for operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal team that translates signed contracts into activated, billed, supported customers.
• Own end-to-end fulfillment lifecycle for Kinetic Hub Service and Kinetic ID accounts—registration, onboarding, scheduling, invoicing, and AR follow-up.
• Manage and develop the Central Operations team with clear performance expectations.
• Audit billing and discounting for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Escalation point for B2B customer support issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks; pursue tooling and automation enhancements.
