Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of professional or nonprofessional experience in instruction, instructional design, public speaking, program research, and planning, or organizational or staff development.
• Bachelor's degree can substitute for four years of required experience.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and design engaging training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to review content.
• Use data to drive program improvements and develop new learning opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage the Central Office training calendar and statewide meetings.
• Prepare and deliver various FDOT training sessions.
• Maintain and update LMS with training info and advertisements.
