Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Seasonal Package Handlers in Hamilton Township, NJ. The role offers weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, and flexible shift options with a Friday–Tuesday schedule and a 1:00 AM start.

The season runs from 11/02/2026 to 01/01/2027, with overtime where needed, and training provided for those with no warehouse experience. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with duties including unloading, sorting, and loading packages up to 50 pounds.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
