Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Institutional Management or Health Care Administration or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory and managerial skills to direct activities and staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with hospital personnel at all levels.
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques to develop standards and evaluate products.

Responsabilités

• Manage resources (people, financial, materials) for laundry and linen in line with the director and strategic plan.
• Model corporate values and ensure high-quality customer service across the organization.
• Communicate with staff and customers to facilitate information flow and success.
• Provide staff with feedback to maximize human resources and career development.
• Assist with capital equipment, labor and expense budgets and submit to the Director.
