Harmons Grocery is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the Central Food Production Facility. You will coordinate daily and weekly production across Kitchen, Bakery, Seafood, Café, and other lines, leading a large multi‑shift team with a focus on safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in high‑volume production, HACCP/ServSafe credentials, and the ability to scale recipes, manage inventories, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of high-volume kitchen experience in a commissary, central kitchen, food manufacturing, catering or institutional setting.
• 3+ years managing kitchen teams of 20+ people, including supervisors or leads.
• Hands-on skill operating, troubleshooting, and training on large commercial kitchen equipment.
• Experience developing production schedules, prep lists, par levels, and scaled recipes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication with diverse teams.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on forecasts, par levels, and orders
• Oversee multiple production lines (hot foods, bakery, frozen desserts, etc.) and ensure on-time delivery
• Lead new product launches from test batches to full production and train associates
• Train and cross-train associates to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Manage labor expenses within budget while maintaining safety and quality
• Maintain USDA, HACCP, allergen controls, labeling, and traceability across shifts
