Job summary

Da Vien Coffee in Long Beach, CA, is seeking team members to craft and maintain high standards for coffee, tea, and foams. You will prepare and brew products, while the kitchen team ensures consistent quality and clean, organized workspaces.

The role emphasizes reading tickets accurately, following recipes, and maintaining health and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. Priority is teamwork, reliability, and flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen, restaurant or coffee shop.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 15-45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine beverage preparation following established policies and procedures, including prepping and brewing coffee and tea.
• Read accurate tickets to accurately prepare all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the manager.
• Collaborate with BOH team to support overall kitchen operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned related to BOH operations.
