Required LPN licensure in the state, plus 1+ year experience in office procedures and insurance/medical exposure. Competitive benefits and a pay range of $20.20–$30.35/hour.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and triages calls for Central Intake.
• Communicates patient/referral information to Central Intake staff and branches.
• Obtains demographic and clinical information to compile referrals.
• Coordinates communication of referral information with Central Intake Nurses.
• Transfers high-tech/nurse-specific referrals to Central Intake Nurses.
• Triages incoming calls and messages from referral sources; relays as needed.
• Provides general information about agency services to patients and families.
