Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in field of practice; MBA a plus.
• 15 years of experience since B.S., with at least three years in positions with project/operational management responsibilities.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is required; Florida license must be obtained within six months if current state is not FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing actions including recruiting, hiring, transfers or terminations; set salary offers for new hires and adjustments for existing staff.
• Oversee project delivery and performance, including observation of construction activities and ensuring quality and conformance to plans.
• Monitor project financials, identify problem projects, and take remedial actions to protect profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement area marketing plans, pursue new project opportunities, and manage client relations with FDOT and local cities.
