Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator/Project Engineer to join our Construction Management team in Orlando, FL. You will help manage field and administrative tasks and support the project team end-to-end.

The role requires strong communication, ability to review drawings, and coordinate meetings with clients and subcontractors. Preferred Florida PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years CEI experience for non-degree candidates.
• Two (2) years CEI/engineering experience with a degree; master's may substitute.
• FDOT Advanced MOT, CTQP Level II, and CTQP Quality Control Manager qualifications may be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Receive general instructions and use initiative to solve problems.
• Direct and assign tasks to admin and field staff on CEI projects.
• Prepare progress and final estimates during construction.
• Oversee field staff on CEI projects.
• Assist in materials sampling and testing tracking.
• Review and approve daily work reports.
• Assist in monthly pay estimates and shop drawing reviews.
• Coordinate and lead project progress meetings.
