Job summary

Kroger in Cleveland, Tennessee seeks a Pharmacy Supervisor to direct dispensing operations and support staff across workflow, scheduling, accuracy and patient care. This role focuses on quality, compliance and customer service within the pharmacy.

You will lead technicians, ensure HIPAA-compliant handling, uphold regulatory standards, and collaborate with management to maintain inventory, policy adherence and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or recognition as a Foreign Pharmacist Equivalency by the Board of Pharmacy.
• Current clinical license for all states within the geographical sector; state licensure in good standing.
• Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with industry terms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct dispensing workflow and record-keeping processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer/store complaints with documentation.
• Manage inventory and drug file maintenance.
• Coordinate with Central Fill leadership on operational issues and repairs.
• Review and update policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor new pharmacists and associates.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and customer service representatives.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
• Comply with state and federal drug laws.
• Maintain policy manuals, reference books and required equipment; ensure staff proficiency.
• Encourage ongoing pharmacy knowledge development.
• May obtain pharmacist licensure in additional states as needed.
