Snowflake Inc. is seeking a dynamic, strategic Manager, Field Marketing - US Majors Financial Services to lead field marketing strategy and execution across our highest-value US Financial Services enterprise accounts.

In this dual-impact role, you will directly manage two field marketing contributors, drive targeted programs and executive engagements that accelerate adoption of Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud within the financial services sector.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong executive partnerships with Enterprise Sales leadership.
• Hands-on experience analyzing campaign performance and pipeline attribution.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the end-to-end field marketing strategy for the US Majors Financial Services vertical.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of two field marketing contributors.
• Architect integrated field programs including 1:1 and 1:Many campaigns, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Account Executives, SDRs, and Ecosystem Partners to align marketing with territory goals.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, ABM, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Industry Solutions teams to tailor messaging and collateral.
• Track, measure, and optimize program performance against key metrics and ROI.
• Foster a high-performing team with clear career development paths.
