Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar marketing role.
• Experience with large-scale integrated campaigns and brand building.
• Experience in regional roles and familiarity with Africa markets.
• Fluency in English; French is preferred.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI focus.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams or distributed staff.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing metrics to drive growth in Central Africa.
• Plan and execute regional campaigns with global resources.
• Collaborate on affiliate program design, optimization and management.
• Coordinate social media, events, and influencer activities.
• Review funnel data and implement market-specific optimizations.
• Lead quarterly regional strategy and OKRs.
• Ensure campaigns meet CSAT and brand standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
