Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred.
• 10+ years combined education/work experience in aerospace machining is highly desirable.
• Experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing is required.
• Advanced knowledge of grinder machinery, SPC, CAM software, and shop floor systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up centerless grinders per blueprints and work orders.
• Maintain part dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and guide operators on tooling and processes.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; report discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate scheduling and assignment of work to operators and machinists.
