Job summary

Concentra in the United States is seeking a Center Therapy Director to lead in-center rehabilitation services. You’ll supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance with state practice acts, and drive patient satisfaction while aligning with Concentra’s occupational medicine philosophy.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, managing clinical outcomes, optimizing referrals and scheduling, and developing center operations with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited college or university.
• Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction.
• Customarily at least two years of demonstrated clinical experience.

• Ability to make decisions using logic to identify key facts and solutions.
• Outstanding customer service skills and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care and leads by example.
• Manages key clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes.
• Ensures clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, referrals and scheduling.
• Executes therapy plan for each patient with focus on early intervention.
• Maintains professional environment promoting teamwork and patient safety.
• Leads collaboration with DTO and CLT to improve quality and growth.
• Fosters relationships with employers, referral sources and payers.
• Oversees documentation, coding levels, and charge capture.
