Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Director to lead our center’s therapy services and operations. You will spend 100% of time in the center providing direct patient care, supervise staff, manage clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

The role offers a $20,000 signing bonus, monthly and quarterly bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. A DPT and the ability to obtain licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited college or university
• Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction
• Customarily at least two years of demonstrated clinical experience
• Demonstrated outstanding knowledge of physical/occupational therapy services
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and administrative abilities

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience
• Manages clinical outcomes and addresses outlier cases with staff therapists
• Ensures clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, processing of referrals and scheduling
• Executes therapy plan for each patient with a focus on early intervention and same day evaluation
• Maintains and cultivates relationships with center clients and payers while responding to requests within 24 hours
• Drives patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics
• Promotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Orange Book values for all center colleagues
