Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Therapy Director to lead a team of therapists and oversee rehabilitative services for injured and disabled patients within the center. You will ensure high-quality patient care, manage clinical outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in therapy workflows and patient experience.

You will champion Concentra's values, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with employers and payers while guiding staffing and performance across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated clinical experience.

• Ability to analyze facts, solve problems, and propose quality solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA/PHI privacy and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care and leads by example.
• Manage clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes.
• Ensure execution of therapy plans with focus on early intervention.
• Create collaborative work environment and promote teamwork and patient safety.
• Develop relationships with employers, referral sources, and payers.
• Oversee documentation, coding levels, and charge capture.
