Concentra is seeking a Center Therapy Director in San Antonio, TX to lead clinical operations, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality rehabilitative care within an occupational medicine framework.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, outcome-driven practice, collaboration with employers and payers, and compliance with state regulations while advancing center performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the jurisdiction.
• At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information per HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in-center providing direct patient care and leading by example.
• Manages clinical outcomes and addresses outlier cases with staff therapists.
• Oversees therapy workflows, referrals and scheduling for optimal patient flow.
• Drives patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Leads CLT meetings to improve quality and safety.
