Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Therapy Director to provide rehabilitative services to disabled, injured, and diseased patients within the center. The role aligns with Injury Process Management and occupational medicine philosophy, ensuring adherence to state regulations and company policies.

You will lead a team, monitor clinical outcomes, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused environment that delivers high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and licensure in the applicable jurisdiction.
• At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience.
• Core Competencies: Service Mindset, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility.
• Ability to make decisions or solve problems using logical analysis and sound judgment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care and leads by example.
• Manages center clinical metrics and holds therapists accountable.
• Executes therapy plans with emphasis on early intervention and same-day evaluation.
• Ensures compliant clinical workflows, referrals processing, and scheduling.
• Drives patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics.
