Proud Moments ABA is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to lead day-to-day ABA therapy operations at our Las Vegas location. You will supervise RBT staff, provide direct therapy, and assist with administrative duties under the Center Manager and Administrative Director.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy for 60% of weekly hours.
• Provide coverage for one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client and family needs and requests.
• Assist in administrative duties up to 40% of weekly hours and help manage day-to-day center operations.

Overview

We are seeking a full-time, hourly Center Supervisor to support our growth and mission at Proud Moments. Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager and overall direction of the Administrative Director, the Center Supervisor will provide direct ABA therapy for learners as an RBT, assist in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coverage, administrative assistance, quality assurance, and assist in the day-to-day needs of our center.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services families in 10 + states and continues to grow. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy 60% of weekly scheduled hours

• Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center
