Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Tennessee seeks a Center Supervisor to support our ABA program and oversee daily center operations. You will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy as an RBT and assist with center coverage under the Center Manager and Administrative Director.

The role includes data collection, training families on treatment plans, maintaining safety and organization, and ensuring quality care for our learners. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ABA methodology and effective ABA strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy (60% of weekly hours) as an RBT.
• Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training for families on plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients and families.
• Assist Center Manager/Director in administrative duties (up to 40%).
• Open and close the center; manage room scheduling; oversee pickups/drop-offs.
• Carry out routine housekeeping and ensure center safety.

Overview

We are seeking a full-time, hourly Center Supervisor to support our growth and mission at Proud Moments. Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager and overall direction of the Administrative Director, the Center Supervisor will provide direct ABA therapy for learners as an RBT, assist in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coverage, administrative assistance, quality assurance, and assist in the day-to-day needs of our center.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services families in 10 + states and continues to grow. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy 60% of weekly scheduled hours
  • Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
  • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
• Support the Center Manager/Administrative Director in administrative duties no more than 40% of weekly scheduled hours
  • Own day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager's absence
  • Opening and closing the location
  • Help to maintain room scheduling

• Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center
