Proud Moments ABA is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to provide direct ABA therapy as an RBT and assist in RBT coverage, administration, quality assurance, and daily center operations. The role involves 60% therapy and up to 40% administrative duties, with responsibilities including opening/closing, scheduling, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ABA methodology and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy for about 60% of weekly hours.
• Provide coverage for RBT duties as needed.
• Assist in administrative tasks up to 40% of weekly hours.
• Support Center Manager in day-to-day operations when needed.
• Open and close the center and manage room scheduling.
• Oversee center pickup/drop-off and maintain safety.
• Carry out routine housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
