Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Center Manager‑level operations leader to oversee production-area staff and the center’s day‑to‑day activities.

You will direct employee performance and scheduling, lead inventory control initiatives, work with donors to resolve concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift; frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

About The Role

Location & Compensation

Location: USA – GA – Warner Robins
Hourly wage range: $22.80 – $31.35 (actual offer depends on qualifications and other factors). U.S. employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and a 401(k) plan with company match.
