Overview

BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. This role involves overseeing the general management of employees in production areas, ensuring quality and donor care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead inventory control efforts and contribute to operational activities
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts

What You Bring To Takeda

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required
