Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead inventory control efforts and other operational initiatives
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities related to non‑conforming events
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and AED certification
• Ability to bend, reach, walk, stand for entire shift, lift up to 32 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
