Job Description
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- Lead inventory control efforts and other operational initiatives
- Work with donors to resolve concerns
- Analyze opportunities related to non‑conforming events
- Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and AED certification
- Ability to bend, reach, walk, stand for entire shift, lift up to 32 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
