Job Description

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Contributions

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear required due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Hourly Wage Range

$21.60 - $29.70
