Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high quality plasma you collect will become life changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Compensation and Benefits

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $25.20 - $34.65. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short term incentives and a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, wellbeing benefits, sick time, paid vacation, and more.
