United Natural Foods, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Sales Consultant – Center Store to develop, coordinate, and evaluate activities within the assigned territory to grow Center Store categories and UNFI customers.

The role partners with Region Sales as a Center Store category expert, drives sales with key accounts, and manages margin targets while reporting on performance. Extensive store visits and events support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of related experience is required.
• Center Store category/brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans with key retailers to position Center Store categories/brands.
• Partner with Region Sales as a Center Store category expert to drive sales with key accounts.
• Responsible for sales and profit results within assigned territory for Center Store.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to preserve and grow Center Store business.
• Monitor progress of category sales and margin to ensure outcomes.
• Provide training and support to Region Sales on Center Store strategy.
• Participate in in-person UNFI events and store visits to drive category sales.
