Job summary

Casey’s Center Store Manager in Fargo leads hands-on operations and team engagement to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train and empower team members, maintain accurate inventory, conduct audits, and manage invoices, while strengthening vendor partnerships to ensure product availability.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, oversee center store activities, and guide the team to meet daily tasks, safety processes, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: daily tasks, safety, and service tickets.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve on the store leadership team and fill in when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
