Qualifications

• Certification required for operation of forklift and pallet jack.
• Previous retail management experience required.
• Basic math skills for money, weight, measurements, and percentages.
• Minimum age 18; 21+ to sell tobacco products and/or alcohol.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; strong communication.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding merchandising, quality cleanliness, and stocking standards in the center store departments.
• Help supervise overall store operations in support of the Store Director.
• Oversee CGO processes and ensure CGO is functioning for all center store departments.
• Promote guest relations and teamwork, and communicate openly with the store team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and procedures.
• Provide orientation and training of team members and proper paperwork.
• Maintain inventories, control waste, and coordinate with departments for smooth flow.
• Attend weekly management, departmental, store, and company meetings.
• Assist in maximizing department sales and profits through proper merchandising and pricing.
