Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll train and empower team members, manage inventory, audits, and vendor relations to ensure product availability and financial integrity.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, coordinating daily tasks and safety processes while supporting store leadership and growth opportunities within Casey.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, guiding operational activities within the center store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily tasks are completed and standards met.
• Complete daily bookwork and manage inventory with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve on the store leadership team and step in when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
