Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience in the center store. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive accountability and ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include completing daily task lists, conducting store walks, logging service tickets, managing invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure product availability and financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the center store team.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities, ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and enforce safety processes.
• Enter and track service and maintenance tickets.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to service and store operations.
• Serve on the store leadership team and step in as needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
