Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and energize the center store team. You will train, guide, and empower associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll manage inventory, audits, invoicing, and vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability while maintaining store standards and safety. This role offers growth opportunities within Casey.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: complete daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and ticketing.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to service and keep leadership informed to act.
