Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the center-store team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will train, guide, and empower colleagues, ensuring accurate inventory, timely audits, and strong vendor partnerships.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, supervise daily tasks, and uphold safety and service standards while maintaining a proactive presence on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Conduct regular safety walks and service ticket logging.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure product availability.
• Step in as part of the store leadership team when needed.
