Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead and develop the center store team, ensuring excellent guest service and efficient operations. You will train staff, manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain vendor partnerships under the supervision of the Store Manager.

You will also handle daily tasks, safety processes, and outages while driving accountability and staff engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the center store team.
• Partner with Store Manager to train and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities: daily tasks, safety, and audits.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns promptly and communicate updates to leadership.
• Serve on the store leadership team and cover for other leaders as needed.
