Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the center store. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to guide and empower team members, manage inventory, and maintain financial accuracy through audits and vendor checks.

In this hands-on role you’ll also ensure safety standards, complete daily bookwork, and participate in leadership activities while stepping in for unavailable leaders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in store operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision.
• Complete daily task lists and store walks following safety processes.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight.
• Address guest concerns related to service and keep management informed.
• Serve on store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
