Job summary

Festival Foods Weston, WI is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations for Grocery, Frozen/Dairy, Natural/Organic, and HBC/GM departments. You will direct daily tasks, balance inventory, coordinate vendor orders, and ensure efficient workflows with a hands-on leadership style.

You will train Center Store staff, manage scheduling, enforce pricing and merchandising standards, and collaborate with other store leaders.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong coaching, motivation and team development abilities.
• Retail grocery knowledge and center store operations experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership alongside Center Store associates with clear directions and coaching.
• Lead daily operations to stock and merchandise Grocery, Frozen/Dairy, Natural/Organic, HBC/GM.
• Balance inventory, coordinate vendor orders and supervise workflow.
• Maintain smooth workflow and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure department readiness, pricing accuracy, and merchandising standards.
• Offer leadership coverage when Senior Manager is unavailable.
• Train and mentor Center Store staff and support store functions.
• Assist at the register and support closing procedures when needed.
• Collaborate with other store leaders to resolve operational challenges.
• Uphold safety policies and company procedures; ensure compliant store environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and notify for replacements as required.
